Apple cake recipe.
7 tea spoon of sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
200-250 g of all purpose flour
1 tea spoon of baking powder
½ tea spoon vanilla
½ tea spoon lemon zest
5 tablespoons heavy cream
Measure the flour, sugar and salt together. Mix with hand mixer until the mixture becomes foamy and pale yellow. Add there flour and baking powder. Mix 5 minutes.
Peel, core and slice the apples. Try to keep the size of the slices even.
Stir in apples. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate (greased and floured plate).
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is brown.
It can be eaten hot, is rich with coffee or milk.
P.S. Please do not use olive oil in this recipe.
