Prince Crown/ Princess Crown- Crochet Baby Crowns

A little prince or princess I know is in need of a crown. Here, a photo shoots for a red crown.
They're quick and easy to make and can be made to fit any noggin size, even an adult.

Just change the color of yarn for a girl's princess or prince boy crown.

The crown look enough like a real crown to fit a real royal, but yet be sturdy enough to withstand play and wear.

I started with a cotton blend yarn and added gold sparkle with a metallic crochet thread.

In case you want to make your own baby royal crown, take a look my pattern here

Optional: Place the crown over a suitable size cylinder or cone.
Stiffen with starch, or sugar solution. Allow to dry in place.

Crochet Nursing Necklace - Teething Necklace Free Pattern /DIY

nursing necklace
Ready a new free pattern / DIY/ tutorial for nursing necklace. For this crochet nursing/ teething necklace you need materials:

You want to try to find non-toxic, natural materials

- Unfinished wooden beads in ¾ and 1

- Cotton yarn. I used Lily Sugar N Cream yarn

- Size 2.25mm/ US B-1 Crochet Hook

- Tapestry needle

For crochet tube I use Chain Loop Mesh Stitch

This lacy stitch is a open crochet stitch made with loops of chains. It is very easy to crochet. You just need to know the chain and single crochet stitch.

This project is very quick to do, it can easily be finished in 10-20 minutes and looks great. Customize it and make it your own necklace to suit any occasion!

Chain 4, slip stitch to join and form a ring.

Round 1

* ch 3, 1 sc under chain ring *, repeat 3 times, ch 3, 1 sc into first chain space, so you have a 5 chain space in round.

Round 2

In the second and following rows, you'll make a single crochet in each ch-3 space.

* ch 3, 1 sc into next 3-chain space *, repeat 3 times, ch 3, 1 sc into first chain space, so you always have a 5 3-chain space in round.

Repeat row 2 until your tube measures the desired length.

Now you see making crocheted mesh is one of the easiest crochet techniques —plus it works up really quickly.

For continuing the pattern please go here and do it from original page, here are many photos of the process .
Enjoy my new DIY baby teething necklace. Your baby will enjoy them too. : )

Cloche Hat Pattern- Felt Hats- Fleece Hat Patterns and Instruction For Sewing

I love vintage hats, the cloche hats of the 1920s!
Cloches were close-fitting hats that were worn quite low - almost down to the eyebrows. They were made in a variety of styles from brimless to turned-up brims.
This hats is easy to make.
I have been wanting to make one of these. I think you look great in this style too. I use the starch to stiffen the brim.

Notes:
This pin can also be made using any yarn of your choice. I recommend using a width yarn 2 or 3 and slightly smaller hook than what the yarn calls for, I used a 1,3mm for mine. Use sewing or embroidery thread to attach to button.
If you use floss I highly recommend unwinding your skein of embroidery thread onto a floss divider 1st to keep it from tangling as you work.

Sew the pieces together as it looks like in the picture.

Sew a pin back to the backside of the bag. Attach a brooch pin if you want to have a brooch or a pony tail if you want to have a hair scrunchy.
It may also be bag for dolls.
♥ Enjoy, and Happy hooking!!!
